We developed the microfluidic liquid cell which has the 80-nm-thick electron transparent membrane with the temperature and humidity control inside a microchannel, and in-situ observed the microscaled water drop condensation on the membrane at different temperatures. The droplets condensed by growth and coalescence. As the temperature around the microfluidic liquid cell increased, the enlargement rate of water droplets increased due to the increase of coalescences.
