Aimed at the tension vibration of the winding tension control system, this paper study control strategy of inhibiting it. A dual-motor driven winding control system model is constructed. The causes of tension vibration are analyzed. The control strategy of fuzzy adaptive control to inhibit the tension vibration is proposed, and the fuzzy controller is designed. The simulation model of winding tension control system is established using Matlab/Simulink. With the same simulation condition, the simulation results using fuzzy adaptive controller are compared with that using conventional fixed parameters PID controller. The validity of the fuzzy adaptive control strategy proposed is verified to inhibit the tension vibration of the winding tension control system.
