At present, there are many researches on the TWT (traveling wave tube) thermal properties. However, the investigations on the measurement of the temperature field inside the TWT are rarely involved. This paper attempts to predict the internal temperature distribution by using the GA-BP neural network model based on the collector body temperature. This research focuses on the study of the internal heat flux density distribution of a TWT collector obtained from the GA-BP model.
