In each incremental version of agile, the requirements are chosen by rating requirements against different decision aspects such as cost, time, business value etc, selection of aspects varies from company to company. There are various techniques to prioritize requirements but limited are available that handles decision aspects are selected. As decision aspects are large in number and as all are not that equally important; there is a need to prioritize decision aspects. Thus, this paper seeks to propose an efficient decision aspect prioritization technique that uses data from previous successful projects and tries to identify the basic aspects i.e. whose values tend to remain same and the dynamic aspects i.e. whose values tend to vary from project to project leading to optimal prioritization.
