In this paper, the exponential stability of a class of bi-directional associative memory (BAM) neural networks with recent-history distributed delays is considered. By constructing suitable Lyapunov functional, we derive several sufficient conditions for the globally exponential stability of the equilibrium point of the system. The results of this paper are new and different from previously known results.
