A Zero-Voltage-Switching (ZVS) SPWM method for three-phase four-wire inverter is proposed. Stage analysis of the ZVS SPWM inverter is given. The ZVS condition under unbalanced load is derived and ZVS can be achieved of all switches in the three-phase four-wire inverter, which include both the main switches and the auxiliary switch. Finally the proposed ZVS SPWM scheme is verified by the experiment.
