An average power of 201mW at 177.3nm was obtained through the six harmonic generation of a picosecond Nd:YAG laser in KBe 2 BO 3 F 2 (KBBF) crystal. This is the highest power at 177.3nm ever generated in a nonlinear optical crystal.
