This paper presents an electropneumatic system multivariable robust control. The higher order sliding mode controller is designed in order to track position and pressure trajectories and to ensure finite time convergence, high accuracy (higher than “standart” sliding mode) and robustness. Experimentals results display the feasability and the performance of the controller.
