Based on the analysis and description of the problem related to the optimization and integration of the industrial railway sidings, it establishes the evaluation factors set according to the impact factors of the optimization and integration of the industrial railway sidings. It has proposed the decision-making evaluation set which adapts the optimization and integration of the industrial railway sidings and set up the fuzzy relationship matrix. It determines weight set for the optimization and integration of the industrial railway sidings and uses the weighted average operator to carry on the calculation of the comprehensive evaluation, and then draws the corresponding conclusions towards this problem. Finally, it has carried on an example to analyze the optimization and integration of the industrial railway sidings.
