Weighted Periodic Nonuniform Sampling (WPNS) for Digital Alias-free Signal Processing is redesigned for the signal processing tasks such as spectrum estimation. The work is a direct extension of the previous research on WPNS. The optimal Weighted Periodic Nonuniform Sampling with two Analogue to Digital Converters (ADC) is proposed to maximize the alias suppression in the context of Digital Alias-free Signal Processing. The proposed sampling scheme utilizes two ADCs working in parallel. We demonstrate that if such hardware is properly deployed one can construct sampling sequences with arbitrarily slow average sampling rates and also acceptable instantaneous sampling rates, and still accomplish the spectrum estimation.
