A compact precharging-transistor-less technique is proposed to apply single keeper for wide fan-in high noise-immunity dynamic circuit designs. Several design examples are designed to evaluate the performance, and simulation results show that the proposed keeper can achieve up to 78% reduction in keeper size for the same noise-level and 2.6%∼9.5% performance improvements as compared to the conventional feedback keeper.
