Nanoelectrospun fibers of MFe 2 O 4 (M = Ni 0.25 -Cu 0.25 -Zn 0.5 ) were fabricated by electrospinning technique using PVP solution and and metal nitrate as starting materials. The as spun fibers were calcined at different temperatures of 500, 600, 700 and 800 °C. The results from XRD indicated that the calcined nanofibers structure was face center cubic (fcc) with the lattice constant a = 0.83976±0.00028 nm. SEM micrograph showed as-spun nanofibers with the average diameter of 480±70 nm and the morphology of the nanofibers was changed to be more rough and wriggly after the calcinations with the diameters of 75–210 nm.
