In this paper, the definition of stochastically stability is proposed for discrete-time complex networks, and the stochastically stability of a discrete-time complex network with uncertain parameters and time delays is investigated. Both the uncertain parameters and the time delays are subjected to Markov jump process. Based on the descriptor model transformation, some delay-dependent sufficient conditions are obtained by using linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). A numerical example is presented to show the effectiveness of the theoretical result.
