In this paper, a scheduling model of CPU resources based on Open Grid Services Architecture (OGSA) is presented, and an algorithm on the scheduling mechanism is realized. In the scheduling model, an attribute module of CPU computing resources is built between Service Node and Computing Nodes according to the characteristics of computational grid. Service Node manages and controls CPU computing resources. The model can improve effectively the utilization of CPU resources.
