The marine searchlight turntable system can be widely used in ship night navigation, personnel rescue and search, and long-distance light signal communication. This paper deeply studies the composition architecture of marine searchlights system and designs a structural scheme consisting of the searchlight body, turntable, and control box as the main components. In the electrical scheme design of the equipment, this paper selects a torque motor as the power output unit, a 16 bit high-precision encoder as the position feedback unit, an ELMO servo driver as the power drive unit, and a DSP (TMS320F28335) as the main control chip for the electrical scheme. At the same time, a two-dimensional segmented control algorithm is used. Performance and functional testing experiments have shown that the system has good dynamic indicators and complete lighting control functions.
