The quantized stabilization is discussed for a neutral system with delay of time-varying in this paper. In the first place, a suitable Lyapunov functional is constructed, and a stability criterion that has less conservativeness is given by utilizing the negative determinative property of the quadratic function and matrices of free-weighting. Furthermore, the strategy of quantized control is added to the neutral system with delay of time-varying to optimize the structure and improve the transmission rate of the network. Then, the designed state quantized controller can maintain stabilization of the neutral system with time delay. Finally, an example of numerical is given which verifies the feasibility of the result.
