Due to the limitation of traditional electromagnetic flowmeter in high pressure, a nested electromagnetic flowmeter is proposed in this thesis. The sealing requirements of the electromagnetic flowmeter under high pressure environment are realized by embedding the sealing sleeve, lining sleeve and lower screw ring in the welded assembly of the center pipe and using Otype sealing ring. The design scheme can improve the measuring accuracy and service life of the electromagnetic flowmeter under high pressure environment, and provides an effective solution to meet the measurement requirements of industrial ultra-high pressure flowing liquid.
