Sheet beam electron gun is needed for high power, tunable, compact terahertz vacuum devices. In this paper, a planner sheet beam electron gun without Magnetic focusing has been presented. Optimizing using numerical method a sheet beam of cross section 0.7 mm $\times 0.18$ mm has achieved with 50mA current at a beam voltage of 20 KV. Thermal and structural analysis of electron gun has done to increase efficiency and reliability of beam performance. Thermal deformation of electrodes has been computed in order to evaluate the spacing between electrodes in operating/hot condition. Further the current and structure of the electron gun has been optimized considering the expanded dimensions. The beam transported 100% over 50 mm without applying any magnetic field.
