This article investigates the evolution of individual opinions with oblivious individuals in a cooperation-competition network. By building an individual opinion evolution model with oblivious individuals under cooperation-competition networks, and giving a proof on the convergence of the opinions of individuals in structural unbalance and structural balance with respect to the influence weight matrices $w_{22}$ among oblivious individuals, the individual opinion evolution characteristics of $w_{22}$ in different states are obtained, and finally, corresponding simulations are given to verify the authenticity and correctness of the conclusions.
