To achieve timely consumption of wind power and reduce the operating costs and carbon emissions of integrated energy system (IES), this paper proposes an operation optimization strategy for district IES with consideration of P2G two-stage operation model and heat pump (HP) assisted wind power consumption, and compares the effectiveness of the stepped carbon trading mechanism (SCTM). At First, a district IES model is established and the modeling of major devices is introduced. On this basis, the feasibility of the P2G two-stage operation model and HP for system wind power consumption enhancement is investigated. The optimal operation solution is achieved by constraining the operation of equipment within IES and planning the balance of various types of load supply. The proposed strategy achieves an increase in wind power output and consumption and reduces system operating costs. The results of the algorithm demonstrate that the proposed optimization strategy reduces the carbon cost of regional IES by about 51.80%, the operating cost by about 33.92%, and increases the wind power consumption rate by about 17.21%.
