To address the issue of renewable energy power generation enterprises abandoning wind and light, using self-owned power plant (SPP) to trade renewable energy power generation rights is an effective trading mode. SPP transfers its power generation targets to renewable energy power enterprises that prioritize clean and energy-efficient sources through its power trading platform. The paper presents an in-depth description of the power swap transaction model. Additionally, it analyzes the clean alternative power generation mode and develops a mathematical model for the transfer of power generation rights between SPP and renewable energy enterprises. This promotes the SPP to take responsibility for public peaking and improve the grid’s capacity to consume renewable energy.
