With the deep development of smart grids and the advent of the “big data” era, research on scene-based data snapshot management technology based on control cloud platforms has emerged. This paper designs the generation of source data based on the intelligent grid dispatching system and adopts Kafka message bus for uploading data to cloud-based management, achieving data information sharing. The basic functionalities of cloud-based scene-based data management are introduced, including the generation, storage, querying, deletion, modification, reading, sharing, and comparison of real-time data, model data, and unstructured data. Deep analysis of scenebased data in power systems is realized. Currently, this functionality has been applied in the grid equipment profiling system of a provincial control cloud platform, serving as a parallel system to the dispatch control system and providing knowledge guidance for real-time operation control, promoting the development of the provincial grid business, reducing the workload of users, and improving work efficiency.
