The study aimed at detecting some substantial factors to improve the employee resilience in business organizations. Additionally, it analyzed the impact of AI control on the influencing factors. The study result revealed that leadership and management, training and development facilities, and working environment have extensive impact on the employee resilience in business organizations. Moreover, AI control has been playing significant role to improve the employee resilience in the workplace.
