With more and more renewable energy gridding, the in stability of the grid is more. The traditional source-grid-load system scheduling mode becomes unable to meet the requirements of the power grid dispatching economy and stability. This paper proposed a DR potential quantification method, by discussing the generator climbing rate, trend and intelligent appliance comfort of constraints. Firstly, a source network load real-time coordination scheduling model is build to maximize the wind power utility. Secondly, the DR model is integrated into the real-time control link. The load demand response method reduces the unbalanced power of the system together with the power generation side. Finally, the results obtained from the numerical examples show that this approach outperforms the state-of-the-art in the maximizing wind power consumption.
