The metamaterial two-element antenna is designed for wireless communication with meander-Line decoupling for isolation enhancements. The negative permittivity based radiator is placed with microstrip-fed which is used to obtain the dual operating bands. The distance between elements of antenna is 0.1λ therefore strong coupling current between antenna. The meander line placed in the middle to increase the isolation to 38 dB where the isolation is not less than 21 dB in the dual bands. The dual bands of the two-element antenna obtain 2.435 GHz to 2.48 GHz and 3.25 GHz to 3.75 GHz. The two-element antenna covering 2.45 GHz for WBAN and full and partial covering n48, n77, n78 for 5G applications.
