The MIMO antenna CSRR loaded for impedance and high isolation is designed on silicon dioxide substrate for THz applications. The microstrip-fed radiator with behind the CSRR loaded to increase the bandwidth. The CSRR array on the ground eliminate the surface waves and increase the isolation to 8.2 dB when the distance of edges of elements is only $\mathbf{0.16}\ \boldsymbol{\lambda}$. The obtain bandwidth is 8.16 THz to 9 THz and isolation is not less than 21.5 dB. The ECC of the antenna is not less than 0.004 which indicate the antenna can perfectly work for THz applications.
