In this paper, we present the design of a unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) air-dropped emergency base station antenna, which is based on the coaxial colinear (COCO) antenna structure. The antenna operates in the UHF band and has a length of 2200 mm. The antenna characteristics are calculated using the 3D electromagnetic field simulation software, CST. The test results show that the proposed UAV airdrop emergency base station antenna achieves gain >5dBi and VSWR
