The rapid development of artificial intelligence has greatly affected various fields including language translation. This paper aims to explore the design and implementation of an AI cloud platform developed specifically for English translation analysis. This is a research work that uses artificial intelligence technology to improve the quality and efficiency of English translation. In this system, artificial intelligence is applied in every link, from data processing to model training and result generation, to achieve more accurate and smooth translation. This paper mainly applies the experimental method and comparative method, proposes machine translation from artificial intelligence, and tests the English translation analysis system on the cloud platform. The experimental results show that the fidelity and fluency of the optical translation system are the highest, respectively 59% and 59.8%, and its translation level is the highest in the experiment. But at the same time, there are still some problems in machine translation, so it is necessary to summarize from its error types and make improvements.
