Enhancing the fast restoration capability of active distribution networks (ADNs) is one of the key strategies to ensure power supply safety. In order to improve the restoration level of ADNs, this article puts forward an optimal load restoration scheduling by leveraging SOPs and E-Transportation based VPP strategy. Specifically, the mobile energy storage characteristics of plug-in electric vehicles (PEVs) are first studied, and an E-Transportation based virtual power plant (VPP) model is established using PEVs as VPPs. Then, the power models and voltage control models of soft open points (SOPs) are established. Also the optimal restoration model of coordinating fault reconfiguration, SOP control and PEVs regulation is constructed based on the weighted sum of lost loads. Next linearization and second-order cone transformation are performed to transform the initial model. Finally, the IEEE 33-node test system is chosen to validate the efficiency of the proposed optimal restoration strategy.
