Under the spot electricity model, power selling companies participate in the medium to long term and spot markets on the wholesale side, and sell electricity to retail users on the retail side. The assessment of deviant electricity consumption is an important factor affecting the profits of power selling companies, and it is urgent to study the transmission mechanism of deviant electricity consumption by power selling companies. By analyzing the electricity and price parameters in retail packages, four types of retail packages are summarized, fully considering the characteristics of the spot market and the diverse electricity needs of users. A diversified combination retail package is designed to develop flexible retail packages for users, and the correctness and effectiveness of the configuration method of the diversified combination retail package are analyzed through examples.
