In order to help achieve the “double carbon” goal, meet the requirements of the current new power system situation and technical needs, and make full use of offshore wind energy, light energy, wave energy and other resources, this paper designs a new offshore floating integrated power generation platform. First, according to the research framework The overall structure of the floating integrated power generation platform is rationally designed, and the structures and functions of the various power generation systems of the platform are analyzed in detail. Then the power generation principles and mathematical models of each power generation system are introduced. Finally, the topology and control of the floating integrated power generation cluster are introduced, respectively designed the combination of power generation clusters, interval power collection systems, power transmission systems, and complementary power generation structures of the platform, and introduced the power prediction methods of two comprehensive power generation platforms. This article puts forward a feasible plan for the full utilization of marine energy, provides some research ideas for the future comprehensive utilization of marine energy, and has certain reference value.
