This paper introduces an ultra-low power CMOS temperature sensor which used in passive RFID. It can monitor the temperature without reducing the sensitivity of the passive tag. This design is based on 0.18um COMS process and realizes the design of ultra-low power temperature sensor with total power consumption less than 1uA, resolution 0.33°C, and error temperature between -30°C ~ 90°C after three-point calibration as +0.6/-1°C.
