In this paper, a trust-based blockchain access control method is proposed to solve the access control problems and data security problems in the quality inspection management software for highway projects. The method uses the decentralized and tamper-proof features of blockchain to solve the centralized drawbacks in traditional access control and improve data security. And it adds trust value to each node and updates the trust value after each interaction. The trust relationship between different domains and nodes is evaluated by the trust value of the node, and different access rights are assigned according to the trust relationship to realize the dynamic management of access rights. This method solves the static trust problem existing in traditional access control. In this paper, we show that this method can greatly optimize the access control capability of highway engineering evaluation system and protect the privacy and security of inspection data.
