Logistics distribution is one of the core businesses of modern logistics enterprises, and its distribution route planning and resource allocation have an important impact on the cost control, efficiency improvement, service quality and customer satisfaction of logistics enterprises. The article first introduces the basic principles of deep learning algorithms, and then studies the application of deep learning in logistics distribution path planning, finally, combined with specific cases, the application of deep learning in logistics distribution route planning and resource allocation is analyzed in detail, in order to provide some reference for enterprises to improve logistics service quality, reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction. The experimental results show that the distribution efficiency of the logistics distribution route plan based on the deep learning algorithm can reach up to 89.2%.
