With the progress of social economy, urban construction has regarded the resources of local customs as one of the indispensable and important factors. Terrestrial resources have enormous development potential and value, therefore reliable data and information support has become particularly important in building planning and design, construction, operation and maintenance, and post management. This article aims to study and analyze the design technology of Fengtu architecture based on improved genetic algorithm (GA), and introduce some brief overview of system construction and implementation. At the same time, by elaborating on the parameter setting methods of traditional universal standard controllers and the optimization principles of related functions, a comprehensive model of soil resource management system will be established. Afterwards, this article tested the performance of the system model, and the test results showed that the memory usage rate of the geotechnical building analysis system was within 2%. It shows that the system has a high efficiency in resource utilization.
