The coupling effect of cables under the impact of middle and far-field nuclear electromagnetic pulse (NEMP) is studied. The induced current and voltage under the coupling effect of middle and far-field nuclear electromagnetic pulse are solved analytically by using the Agrawal model transmission line analysis method. In this paper, the image symmetry of the incident wave electric field with respect to the incident wave plane is discussed respectively, that is, when the electric field of incident wave is located on the left and right of the incident wave plane, the difference of the numerical analytical formula of the induced current at the load end. Through MATLAB software simulation, the effects of changing incident wave pitch and azimuth angle, cable load, cable length and cable height on terminal induced current are analyzed.
