By awakening the sensing capability of fractional Fourier transform (FrFT) synchronization pilot in digital subcarrier multiplexing (DSCM) coherent transmission systems, we realize 100-Gb/s 16QAM transmission with a distributed acoustic sensing (DAS) sensitivity of 70 $\mathrm{p}\varepsilon/\sqrt{\text{Hz}}$ at a spatial resolution of 5 m.
