The purpose of this study was to establish a model for sharing international Chinese learning resources. The research was carried out in two parts: model design and testing. In the model design, we used blockchain technology to create a mechanism that enabled the sharing of resources. This mechanism consisted of four layers: data storage, network consensus, intelligent contracts, and application services. In the testing phase, we evaluated the performance and analyzed the data of the shared model. The results demonstrated that this model provided secure and reliable resource acquisition services for Chinese learners worldwide. It facilitated collaborative resource construction and sharing, thereby promoting the development of international Chinese education. The innovation of this research was presented by the application of blockchain technology to international Chinese education.
