Herein, a peculiar anisotropic conductive film with superior multifunction is developed. Conjugation electro-spinning fabricated Janus-like micro-fibers array (CJMA) is manufactured with $\left[\mathrm{CoFe}_{2} \mathrm{O}_{4} / \mathrm{CBS}-127 / \mathrm{PMMA}\right] /[\mathrm{CB} / \mathrm{PMMA}]$ Janus-like micro-fiber as building block. The rational utilization of conjugation electro-spinning to build Janus-like micro-fibers can shun diffusion phenomena between two spinning dopes in the manufacturing process via bi-axis parallel electro-spinning, and restrict the functional fillings to their own zones to avoid infaust mutual impacts. Microscopically, the separation of conductive fillings from insulating fluorescent and magnetic fillings is completely achieved in Janus-like micro-fiber. Therefore, the insulative region of Janus-like micro-fiber has excellent fluorescent, magnetic and high insulative properties, and the conductive region has strong electrical conductivity. Macroscopically, CJMA has blue fluorescence, magnetism and strong aeolotropic conduction. The unique design idea supplies technical guidance and strategy for the fabrication of multi-functionalized anisotropic conductive films.
