This study aims to establish a widely applicable indicator system to measure the performance of air purifiers. Collect market air purifier related data by selecting appropriate indicators. Select ten purifiers with rich characteristics according to the characteristics of the sample. Select the relevant data of the ten types of air purifiers, and first preprocess the data such as forward normalization and normalization. Then the projection pursuit method is used to calculate the weight of the evaluation system, and NSGA-2 is used to optimize the projection vector and obtain the weight of each index of the optimal projection vector, and the evaluation model is established. For different users, we set up two evaluation systems, one of which does not consider the price and other indicators are the same, and conducts quantitative evaluation at the same time to enhance the universality of the evaluation model. Thus, the purification effect and performance of the collected air purifier are evaluated accurately.
