Loss parameter of the clamping rod is the key indicator to measure the performance of the centralized attenuator. Measuring the loss of the clamping rod accurately is conducive to the design of attenuator. In this paper, the waveguide method is used to measure the loss of the K-band clamping rod, and a measuring module is designed. The electric field of TE 10 mode in rectangular waveguide can be used as an analog electric field to measure the loss of the clamping rod. The measuring module designed in this paper can measure the value of the loss of the clamping rod directly, and then obtain the distribution law of the loss.
