In this paper, we aim to design all dielectric artificial structural functional materials to achieving the electromagnetic control of the microwave band by using the easily available dielectric materials and the easy processing method, as 3D printing. We design resonance of low permittivity dielectric materials that are easy to penetrate by electromagnetic waves. Due to the influence of electromagnetic resonance in the material, the stop-band is formed in microwave frequency band, which proves the feasibility of the method. Multiple functional designs can be further compounded. This method extends the design of all-dielectric artificial structural functional materials in the microwave band.
