Microwave sampler is an eminently important component in the spectrum detection front end and can perform frequency conversion. A microwave sampler module with low conversion loss is proposed in this paper. In order to reduce the size of the circuit and loss of the high frequency signal on the substrate, the main circuit is printed on a Rogers4350B board. The bias and intermediate frequency(IF) amplifier circuits are designed on a FR4 board. Size of each board is 61mm*42mm. The measurement results show that when the output intermediate frequency is less than 200MHz, spurious-free dynamic range(SFDR) can basically reach more than 30dBc. The minimum conversion loss is better than -5dB.
