The detection of space polarization X-rays is an important scientific research topic in the 21st century. In order to meet the ground calibration requirements of polarized X-ray detectors, a polarized X-ray source is required. Based on the energy range and requirements of existing mainstream polarimetric X-ray detectors, a Bragg diffraction-based soft X-ray polarimeter has been designed. It is used to generate X-ray polarization and to measure the polarization and polarization angle of X-rays. $\text{LiF}420$ was used as the diffraction crystal for the experiments and a polarization degree of $75.1 \pm 1.2{\%}$ was obtained. We believe that this result can be further optimized and that changing to another crystal may give better results.
