This article proposes a data analysis algorithm for an improved and optimized PSO model to analyze the optimization process of talent cultivation. By combining multiple operators with Standard PSO, the search ability and accuracy of PSO have been improved. Applying this technology to the strategic analysis of talent cultivation through deep integration of digital media technology, the important role of technology in teaching is identified, thus determining the advantages and characteristics of digital media technology in talent cultivation. The experimental results indicate that using the PSO optimization model can accurately analyze the demand for digital media technology in talent in the field. Through PSO big data analysis, reliable basis can be provided for teaching analysis and talent cultivation.
