In recent years, the rapid development of electric vehicle vehicles, in order to use solar energy to generate electricity with the vehicle and improve the range of electric vehicles, a folding fan-shaped solar photovoltaic panel rotating folding device is proposed. As the load-bearing mechanism of the panel, the rotating folding device has 2 different states of unfolding and closing. With the fan-shaped circumference unfolding, the dense panel is unfolded simultaneously by x and y axes, which can make full use of the plane space, and there is a hidden wire slot at the link between the shaft and the fan piece, which can be wired in advance without the need of outdoor wiring. The design and simulation based on SolidWorks software show that the device is convenient and compact, and flexible in opening and closing. The results of the benefit calculation show that the vehicle-mounted photovoltaic power generation device has obvious economic benefits and energy saving and emission reduction benefits, and is suitable for large-scale promotion and application.
