This article examines the impact of the Energy Internet on the high-quality development of the Energy Industry from multiple perspectives. Pearson correlation coefficients were utilized to analyze energy systems and their subsystems, leading to the creation of an energy efficiency model for the energy-digital-economy-environment system. A comparative model was employed to compare the positive role of the Energy Internet in promoting high-quality development of the Energy Industry in two typical regions: Jiangsu Province and Guangdong Province. Finally, specific strategies for the development of the energy internet are proposed, offering valuable insights for the future construction and application of the energy internet.
