The paper mainly introduces the device with appropriate parameters is selected through the simulation software to build a circuit for simulation. The simulation conditions and device parameters are changed to obtain the corresponding function of the switching power supply. The parameters that affect the power conversion efficiency are the turn-on voltage (VTO), switching frequency, and on-resistance. Debugging parameters separately by influencing conditions, the optimal value of the conversion efficiency of buck and boost is selected by compromise.
