The design and application of numerical pressing machine are studied. Based on electromechanical hydraulic principle, combined with hydraulic transmission, electrical control, mechanical design simulation research methods, through the analysis of the movement and functional requirements of the press, the design calculation is carried out to form a complete set of hydraulic principle, electrical principle and mechanical structure, to achieve the movement of the press machine and various functions. By studying the design and application of numerical press-mounting equipment, a set of modern industrial equipment which can switch fast forward, work forward and fast back action instructions, can display pressure information in real time, and can realize overcurrent and overvoltage protection is developed, which provides certain guiding significance for the application of modern industrial press-mounting equipment.
