As an important asset in today's society, data circulation and sharing have become a trend, and privacy and security have become important concerns in the sharing process. To balance privacy, security, and performance in data sharing, and to efficiently share real-time data among collaborating parties, this paper designs a distributed data storage and sharing system that combines IPFS and consortium chains and implements trusted data sharing with TEE. In this system, to address the problem of data leakage in the data sharing process, a TEE-based off-chain contract environment is designed, and based on the IPFS data storage system and the smart contract design in the consortium chain HyperLedger Fabric, multi-level data access restrictions and reputation-based incentive mechanisms are implemented, enabling nodes to actively and reasonably participate in data sharing in the system. Finally, through analysis and experiments, this paper demonstrates the advantages of this system in data security and performance.
